Construction of a single storey extension at the rear and the widening of the existing vehicular driveway entrance at the front

Permission is sought for an attic conversion to include a dormer window structure at attic level to the rear and realignment of main roof structure to replace the hipped design with a new gable/Dutch hip design. Also, additional windows to the eastern elevation at ground and attic floor levels.

Change of roof profile from hipped roof to full apex roof with one roof light to front of property and a dormer window to the rear of the property to create space in attic for office space/storage.

The development will consist of 1) the construction of a new first-floor side extension over the existing ground-floor structure, together with internal first-floor modifications, 2) an attic conversion, with new internal access stairs, two rear dormer roof extensions and 4 no. rooflights to the front elevation, and 3) a front porch extension, plus all associated site works.

Permission for; Extension of the current opening hours of the after school service from the currently permitted 8am - 2pm Monday to Friday to 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday.

Permission for change of use of existing reception room at rear of property to childcare facility for 8 children and also increase capacity of existing childcare facility from 14 to 16 children. Hours of operation from 8am to 2pm Monday to Friday.
