Planning permission is sought for extensions and modifications to existing two storey detached dwelling comprising; 1) Proposed single storey flat roof extension to rear, 2) Flat roof over existing single storey extension to rear to be modified and replaced with new flat roof, 3) Proposed 2 no. new flat roof dormer extensions to rear of the main roof and proposed 2 no. Velux rooflights to front of main roof, 4) Existing flat roof balcony with metal railings to front to be modified and replaced with new flat roof with canopy, 5) Existing windows to the front and rear to be modified to form new windows, 6) Proposed detached garden room structure in rear garden, 7) Existing hedging to the front boundary to be replaced with new block wall and posts with new timber sliding door to existing vehicular entrance, 8) Elevational alterations, internal modification to main house and associated site works.

Planning permission is sought for the demolition

The development will involve revisions to the front elevation consisting of the removal of the existing First Floor balcony to accommodate an increase in floor area of 7.0 m2 (First Floor only) out to the main building line along with all associated front elevation adjustments and treatment, including a new full length canopy, 1.2m wide, zinc finished.

Demolish existing single storey rear extension previously approved under register reference F97/0454. Construct a new single storey rear extension having a pitched roof, demolition of a rear bay window, replaced with smaller opening. New high-level window on the rear corner of the easterly side elevation. Change a front door on the front left side existing extension to a tilt and turn window. Some internal alterations generally.

Permission is sought for the removal of the existing canopy and lean - to roof from the front (South) elevation and for the complete redesign and reconfiguration of the front facade to include entire revised window fenestration and also a two storey extension centrally on the facade.
