(A) The part demolition to the rear and side of the existing dwelling.

The development will consist of A) demolition of exsiting pitched roofed entry porch and chimney to the rear. B) Proposed flat roof porch with 2 no. roof lights and glazed entrance. C) Proposed single-storey extension to the rear kitchen and living room with 2 no. roof lights. D) Proposed installation of external insulated render to the building envelope along with the amendment of some of the existing windows and the addition 4no. additional windows. E) Proposed render finish to existing boundary walls, together with landscaping and site works.

The development consists of: Retention permission for alterations to previously granted works permitted under REG. REF. FW18A/0136. The works for which retention permission is being sought are as follows: A) Render finish to Front/West and Side/South elevation of House 1. B) Alterations to fenestration to Front/West and Side/North elevations of house 2. C) Render finish to front bay window and to side bay window of house 2. D) Render finish to first floor of House 2.
