Alteration/extension of the existing two-storey detached house comprising demolition of the existing ground floor return and construction of a new part single-storey flat roof extension and part two-storey Dutch gable extension to the side, and a new single-storey flat roof extension to the rear, with 1 no. rooflight, and modification of the existing internal layout, and associated site development.

Planning Permission for attic conversion with hip to gable roof and dormer to rear roof to accommodate stairs to allow access to attic conversion as non habitable storage space with roof windows to front,gable window to side all with associated ancillary works.

The development will consist of: 1. Removal of the existing main roof of the house. 2. Removal of roof over the entrance porch to the side of the main house at ground floor. 3. Construction of double storey side extension on top of the existing porch, extending to the main roof of the house, this extension is to consist of a new proposed stair to provide access to the proposed attic conversion. 4. Construction of a raised, gable ended pitched roof to serve the main house, with full attic conversion including a rear facing dormer to consist of a home office, a toilet and a storage area. 5. General remodel of the ground floor & first floor to suit the proposed layouts. 6. All drainage, structural and associated site works to be implemented.

The development consists of a new hip roof with built up gable wall, with new opaque window to facilitate an attic room. To the rear of the existing dwelling a dormer roof with a single window.

Planning permission is sought for an attic conversion for storage, including a raised side gable, a rear dormer, and a new gable window.
