The development will consist of an attic conversion with dormer roof to rear plus building up of existing gable wall to meet newly extended ridge line and two number velux rooflights to front slope and all associated site works.

A) Incorporation of proposed retained outhouse into single storey extension to the rear. B) Erection of first floor extension over ground floor extension kitchen return. C) Erection of porch extension to front with first floor bedroom extension over. D) Proposed build-up of existing gable wall to meet newly extended ridge line and conversion of attic space to store with new dormer to rear, 2 velux windows to front with 3 new windows in extended gable wall.

The development will consist of: Installation of a new canopy to the front of the dwelling in front of the existing front door, construction of a first-floor flat-roof extension to the rear, and a single-storey flat-roof extension to the rear.

The development consists of the proposed build-up of existing gable wall to meet newly extended ridgeline and conversion of attic space with new dormer roof to the rear and two new velux roof lights to the front.

The development will consist of building up the existing gable wall to create an Apex gable end to match the existing ridge line. This will facilitate the conversion of the existing internal attic space to a study and storage space including proposed roof lights to the rear and small window on the new gable and all associated site development works.
