Retention for existing garage conversion to side and ground floor extension to rear, with internal modification and associated site works.

The development will consist of permission for single storey rear extension to house being; kitchen/living area, alterations to side elevation and ground floor of house, and all ancillary works.

Permission for a single storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling (c. 17.7 m.sq) including internal alterations, a ground floor and first floor extension with development of the new roof space to the side of the existing dwelling (c. 42.6m.sq), along with all other relevant ancillary site development works.

Proposed dormer window to be constructed at the rear of the property, one roof light to the front roof plane and change of window to the side gable to allow adequate space and light for playroom/storage.

The development will consist of the conversion of the attic space with new dormer roof to the rear and two new velux rooflights to the front.

The development will consist of (i) Proposed demolition of the existing single storey pitched roof, rooflight and front elevation bay window to the northeastern side of the dwelling. (ii) The construction of a new ground floor extension with bay window to the front and, a first-floor extension above, to the northeastern side including a front bay window, 1 number extra bedroom, hot press and study; (iii) associated internal alterations; and (iv) all associated site works.
