Retention permission for a one storey ground floor flat roof kitchen/family room extension with two skylights on the roof to the rear of the detached 2 storey pitch roof type house. To the Northeast side, front and back of the house a one storey flat roof covered/enclosed walkway/shed with two flat skylights on the roof. To the south-west side of the house the demolishing of a one-storey pitch roof garage and replaced with a one and a half storey home office/garden room with attic/storage space above as well as 6 Velux's on the pitch roof and any other associated renovation work/external works.

For the removal of (a) the current limitations on the hours and days operation of the Chrysalis Montessori/ Afterschool Service imposed by condition no. 2 (i) as attached to the grant of permission for Planning Register Reference No. FW17A/0069 and (b) the limitiations on number of children who may attend the Chrysails Montessori Afterschool Service as imposed by condition no. 4 attached to the grant of permission for Planning Register Reference No. FW09A/0159 and condition no. 2 (ii) attached to the grant of permission for Planning Register Reference no. FW17A/0069.

The development will consist of the single storey extension to the side and front with a pitch roof over the existing dwelling, a single storey extension to the rear, an open porch with box window extension to the front, internal alterations and alterations to the existing elevations.

Change of use of former doctor's surgery ( undertaken as part of a previous planning application F05A/0902) to residential use at ground floor.

The development consists of: Retention of attic conversion comprising the use of attic space as a bedroom with en-suite bathroom including shower, the installation of two rooflights serving the bedroom, internal modifications, and all associated ancillary works.
