Planning permission is sought for 1. Retention of single storey sitting room and utility room extension to rear. 2. Retention of 2 no. single storey outhouses to rear and associated site works. 3. Retention of canopy/awning to rear garden.

The proposed development will consist of a part single part two storey extension to the rear, reconfiguration of the roof changing from hip style to a shaped style and include a two-storey porch detail to the front elevation.

Construction of attic conversion, dormer window to the rear, removal of hip roof and construction of pitch roof and gable wall, internal alterations and all associated ancillary site works.

Planning permission is sought for a development that will consist of alterations to existing single storey extension to the rear with an increase to floor area, construction of new dormer to rear of the main house roof with change of roof from hipped to gabled with extended gable wall, to facilitate an attic conversion, alteration / enlargement of existing landing window on side gable wall, And all associated internal alterations, elevation changes, site and ancillary works

Planning permission is sought for the following: (a) attic conversion with dormer window to the rear, removal of hip roof and construction of pitch roof and gable wall; (b) bedroom extension at first floor level constructed over existing single storey kitchen; (c) single storey ground floor garden room extension to the rear with an area of 11m2 (exempt development under SI no. 600 of 2001); and minor internal alterations and including associated ancillary works.

(1) Formation of a two-storey extension, part formed over the existing kitchen, to full width of the rear of the house, (2) Formation of porch to front of house with extension to bedroom over. (3) Formation of store to attic with high level window to new gable to roof over hip to side of house.
