Construction of a single storey partial lean-to and partial pitched roof front extension to consist of a living room and a porch. 3. Proposed increased width of existing vehicular access exiting onto Carne Court, Huntstown, D15. 4. General remodel and upgrade of the existing dwelling at ground and first floor to suit the proposed layouts including the installation of a new window on the north gable wall and a new window on the south gable wall to serve the new attic conversion area. 5. All drainage, structural and site works to be implemented.

The development consists of the garden shed with double-pitched roof, 3.8m high and the internal area of approx. 20m2, located at the rear of existing dwelling.

Permission to increase number of children in each playgroup from 7 to 9 to previously granted planning permission FW10A/0096.
