The change of use of an existing single storey structure from a family

The development consists of altering the existing attic to provide an extra bedroom and bathroom suite, modification of the existing hip roof to form a new end gable with a new window and a new low pitched roof dormer window to the rear. The widening of the existing access from Littlepace Gallops to facilitate in curtilage parking.

The construction of a single storey ground floor extension to the rear/side elevations including internal alteration in addition to roof alterations for the conversion of the attic space to comprise the construction of a new gable wall to side elevation with window, 2 roof windows to front and roof dormer to the rear elevation, all at second floor level and associated site works.
