The development will consist of the construction of a single storey porch to the front, demolition of the existing single storey rear extension, the construction of a single storey extension to the rear, the conversion of the attic to bedroom use with roof alterations to include a dormer roof to the rear, pitched roof construction to the new gable + windows to the side, Velux windows to the front and all associated site works.

Proposed 18 photovoltaic solar panels on top of free-standing table structure and 5 photovoltaic solar panels on top of rear canopy structure and rear single storey kitchen roof.
