The development will consist of

Conversion of existing attic space to non-habitable storage/office area with new revised roof profile (from hipped to gable end) to side/rear, with new dormer window extension to rear roof with 2 No. Velux rooflights to front roof elevation, new window side gable. New porch area to front, ground floor extension to rear, internal modifications and associated site works.

Conversion of existing attic space comprising of modifications of existing roof structure, raising of existing gable c/w window, new access stairs, 2 no. roof windows to the front and flat roof dormer to the rear.

Permission for (i) replacing the existing hip roof with a gable roof, (ii) converting the attic space for non-habitable family use with dormer roof window to the rear and 2 no. velux windows to the front (iii) A new stair access from the existing upper floor landing to the attic, (iv) A new window to the side elevation and (v) All associated internal, site and drainage works.
