Permission is sought for: 1. Partial demolition and conversion of the remaining part of the existing single storey garage to the western side, 2. A first floor extension over the existing garage to the western side, 3. Demolition of the existing conservatory to the eastern side and replacement with a new single storey extension, 4. New part single/part two storey extension to the rear/northern side, 5. New porch canopy and elevational redesign to the front/ Southern façade and 6. Internal modifications and all associated site developments works.

The development will consist of a single-storey flat roof extension to the side and rear of existing single-storey structure, containing 5 no. rooflights; demolition and replacement of existing front bay window; facade improvements including demolition of existing entrance portico and replacement of existing entrance door with new enlarged entrance door and screen and replacement windows; and new rooflight to existing rear pitched roof.
