The development will consist of a 1 and a half storey dwelling together with the construction of a new proprietary wastewater treatment system with percolation area and upgrade of existing vehicular entrance with associated site works necessary to facilitate the development.

The development will consist of a 1&1/2-storey dwelling. The dwelling will consist of a new entrance hall with an open plan living/kitchen/dining room with separate lounge complete with three no. bedrooms to the ground floor with a study and master bedroom with en-suite to the first floor, and associated stores, together with the construction of a new proprietary wastewater treatment system with percolation area and all associated site works necessary to facilitate the development.

Retention is sought for; 1. Existing dwelling house as laid out and constructed that as granted under planning permission register reference F96A/0476, 2. Single-storey outbuildings as laid out and constructed, and all associated site development works.

The development consists of a 3-year retention for 3 number mobile homes and on-site treatment system to the south of the filling station.

The development will consist of a metal clad shelter structure to house 1 launderette unit, 1 dog wash unit and 1 EcoVend recycling unit with associated site works to the south of the filling station.
