Alteration/extension of the existing two storey four bedroom semi-detached house comprising demolition of the existing single storey rear conservatory and single storey pitched roof front porch and construction of a new single storey flat roof porch extension to the front, a single storey flat roof extension with 2 no. rooflights to the rear and an attic conversion with dormer to the rear slope of the existing roof, plus all associated internal alterations and site development.

Permission is sought for conversion of the single storey garage to the side and provision of a new porch to the front façade.

Retention permission for: (i) detached structure at rear of site, that includes within the structure; garden store, covered barbeque dining area that is open on all sides, except on north-east facing elevation, (ii) erection of pergola attached to the rear of existing dwelling house with concrete base, (iii) with all associated site works.

Permission is sought for the construction of a new single storey extension to the front and rear of the existing dwelling 107 Roselawn Road blanchardstown Dublin 15 K26H. Development to include 1. A new front extension measuring 5.8sqm extending the existing garage and a new porch with two new rooflights. 2. Conversion of garage to an internal store room. 3. One new external access door and two new opes to the side passageway, all to be opaque glazing. 4. New rear extension with two new rooflights measuring 33sqm. 5. Attic conversion with rear facing zinc dormer and all associated internal layout and site works.

The development consists of widening the existing vehicular entrance and conversion of the existing garage in to a study and WC.
