Permission is being sought for alterations and additions to an existing 2-storey semi-detached dormer dwelling. The development will comprise the demolition of an existing single-storey extension to the gable-end, the construction of a new 2-storey dormer extension to the gable-end and to the rear of the original dwelling, including velux rooflights to the side and rear, together with new dormer windows to the front and rear elevations. The proposed works will also comprise a new front entrance and alterations to the existing window openings to the front elevation, together with the provision of a new pedestrian entrance gate to the front boundary, and all associated ancillary site works including connections to existing services.

Permission sought for a single storey granny flat extension to the rear and widening of the existing vehicular entrance driveway to 3.6m.

Planning permission for the following development: a) internal and external alterations to existing semi-detached dormer dwelling; b) Proposed single-storey side and rear extension; c) Relocation and setback of vehicular entrance and front boundary wall; d) All associated site works and services to existing dwelling.

Construction of a new flat roof shed at the rear of the back garden.

Permission sought for complete refurbishment works to an existing semi-detatched dormer style dwelling to include demolition of existing single storey non original extensions to the side and rear, removal and replacement of existing first floor dormer window to the front, new dormer window to the rear, part single/ part 2 storey extension to the side and all associated site development works.
