The retention of a rear pedestrian entrance gate to the boundary wall providing access to Park View.

The development will consist of demolition of existing single storey extension to the side of the house. Construction of a new front porch & single storey extension to the side of the dwelling, changes to all elevations including 2 storey bay projection to the South Elevation, change to the fenestration and plastering over all the brick work. Replacement of front/ side boundary wall, gates & pillars wall and all ancillary works.

Planning permission is sough for alterations/extension to the existing two storey detached dwelling, comprising of demolition of the existing single storey rear extension and construction of a new single storey flat roof extension with roof lights plus associated internal reconfiguration, change to existing fenestration, and associated site development, including new front boundary wall.

Permission is sought for: (i) Demolition of existing two-storey detached 5 bedroom dwelling; (ii) construction of new detached two-storey 5 no. bed dwelling with a third floor in the attic; (iii) provision of roof lights; (iv) provision of dormer window to front serving attic; (v) provision of covered terrace to rear; (vi) construction of flat single storey garden room with roof lights to rear of proposed dwelling; (vii) alterations to existing vehicular entrance to increase width of each entrance to 3.5m at Park View road; (viii) landscaping, boundary treatments, SuDS and foul drainage and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.
