The development will consist of the construction of a two storey flat roofed extension to the side (West) and rear (South) elevations to accommodate an extended kitchen/dining/living space, utility & store at ground floor level and a master en-suite bedroom at first floor level, plus all associated site works.

Permission for the replacement of existing window at first floor level with a narrower window and new rooflights all to the front roof, construction of a single storey extension and associated landscaping works and a new dormer window both to the rear.

Planning permission is sought for conversion

The development will consist of 1.) A part two-storey, part single-storey flat roofed extension to the side and rear elevations incorporating internal ground and first floor modifications, 2.) A front porch extension and 3.) The conversion of the existing attic space with a rear dormer roof extension, 1No. rooflight to the front elevation with new access stairs, plus all associated site works.

Permission is sought for a dormer window extension to the rear and a flat window to the front roof surface, both at attic floor level.
