Planning permission for attic conversion with hip to gable roof and dormer to rear roof to accommodate stairs to allow access to attic conversion to create additional habitable bedroom, en suite with roof windows to front all with associated ancillary works.

The development consists of the proposed build-up of existing gable wall to meet newly extended ridgeline and conversion of attic space with new dormer roof to the rear and two new velux roof lights to the front.

Alterations/extensions to the existing two storey semi-detached dwelling, comprising of construction of a new single storey extension to the side and rear, with roof lights, plus associated internal reconfiguration, and site development including widening of the existing vehicular entrance and opening of a new pedestrian entrance to the north boundary wall.

Permission sought for the construction of a single storey extension at the rear; replacing the existing hip roof with a gable roof; a loft conversion with a dormer extension; rooflights to the front with internal alterations and all associated site works.

Permission sought for an attic conversion to include a dormer window structure at attic level to the rear and realignment of main roof structure to replace the hipped design with a new gable design. Also, 2 no. flat rooflights to the front roof surface at attic level and a single storey infill extension to the rear.

The development will consist of: Construction of a dormer extension with a loft conversion; replacing of the existing hip roof with a gable roof, including the installation of rooflights to the front and rear elevations, internal alterations and all associated site works.
