The development consists of alterations to that granted under planning register reference FW23A/0293. The alterations are to the ground floor plan, the first floor plan, the rear elevation and the side (northern) elevation which include (i) an extended ground floor to the rear (ii) an internal stairs to the first floor (iii) a window in the 1st floor northern gable wall (iv) a velux window to the attic space (v) removal of the internal link at first floor level along with all associated site works.
