Permission is sought for a two-storey extension to the front and also an attic conversion to include realignment of the hipped roof profile to a gable roof, with a dormer window extension to the rear roof surface and 3 no. flat windows to the front roof surface. Application to include window alterations to the front and side gable walls with 3 additional windows to the side gable wall.

Permission for attic conversion with dormer to rear roof to accommodate stairs to allow access to attic conversion to create additional habitable bedroom with roof windows to front and side of dutch roof all with associated ancillary works.

The development will consist of: 1) Removal of a single-storey kitchen annex to the rear of the dwelling; 2) Provision of a single-storey extension to the side of the dwelling; 3) Erect a new front porch to the front of the dwelling; 4) Provision of two-storey extension to rear of dwelling; 5) Provision of new pedestrian access gate to the side and internal alterations (to include a new ensuite window to side).

Planning Permission for the re-modelling of the existing roof to change the hipped design to a gabled design, including a dormer window at the front and rear of the roof and a rooflight at the rear of the roof and the insertion of two new windows at the gable side of the house, replacing one existing window and all associated site works.
