The proposed development can be summarised as follows:

The development will consist of the demolition of existing shed, proposed new two storey dwelling house and all associated works at the site adjacent to no. 20 Abbey Street within an Architectural Conservation Area.

Temporary Retention for five years of existing perimeter metal palisad

Retention is sought for the removal of front wall & railings to create an off-street parking space in front garden (as carried out by previous owner)

Extension and alterations to detached dwelling consisting of (i) demolition and removal of existing rear and side walls at ground floor (ii) provide new single storey extension to rear and side of house, (iii) alterations and conversion of existing garage to living accommodation including new window, (iv) provide first floor bay window to rear, (v) remove internal walls to allow internal remodelling (vi) and external revisions.
