Consisting of alterations and additions to an existing materials Recovery Facility (register references 13/1350 and 16/412 to accept increased tonnage of waste from previously permitted limit of 22,000 tonnes per annum to 50,000 tonnes per annum. The development will also include the introduction of liquid waste treatment onto the site. The development will include the construction of four liquid waste, bunded storage tanks and on-site liquid waste treatment plant. Permission is also sought for all associated works and services. Gross floor space 3033sqm.

For (i) a revised site layout comprising of a revised forecourt layout, revised car parking layout & revised underground fuel tank farm location. (ii) The provision of a new larger canopy over the existing forecourt area. (iii) The provision of a single storey extension to the side and front of the existing service building comprising of a seating area ancillary to the shop services. (iv) The provision of a single storey extension to the side of the existing service building comprising of a storage area ancillary to the shop services. Gross floor space of proposed works 102.33 sqm

To construct an extension (889 sqm) to the side of our existing light industrial unit (5250 sqm) and to carry out all ancillary site works.

To erect 2,440 number mono crystalline photovoltaic solar panels to all roof surfaces (except for glazed roofs) on their own existing commercial premises in the interests of energy conservation. Gross floor space of proposed works: 4,097.5sqm (solar panels)

To erect 320 number mono crystalline photovoltaic solar panel's to the roof of existing commercial premises in the interest of energy conservation across two roof pitches in an east west orientation. Gross floor space of proposed works - Solar Panels - 686 sqm

For (1) demolition of existing weighbridge, single storey weighbridge office, & single storey office buildings; (2) reorganisation of the internal site layout to facilitate enhanced operational arrangements of the permitted processing & temporary storage of waste metal prior to onward transfer with an annual throughput of 60,000 tonnes per annum including development consisting of: (i) construction of a new weighbridge & office; (ii) construction of a new stores building with ancillary administration & employee welfare/rest facilities; (iii) modifications to existing internal access road & internal site access/egress; (iv) provision of new separate storm & foul water collection systems including: (a) connection & discharge to public foul mains; (b) discharge of surface water to existing outlets; (c) connection to public water main; & (d) provision of surface water management attenuation works including provision of underground storage tanks & interceptors; (v) provision of new metal shearing plant; (vi) esb substation; (3) provision of a new 6m high boundary fence & associated landscaping; & (4) all associated site development works
