For internal changes to St. Ita's National School, which is on the record of protected structures (RPS 3495), to include, 1)Provision of a platform lift and associated internal works from ground floor to first floor 2) Internal works including demolition of a 1.8m section of wall. Gross floor space of proposed works 41sqm. Gross floor space of any demolition 1.2sqm.

For (a) the demolition of a two story derelict house, (b) the construction of a new two storey dwelling and (c) all associated site services. Gross floor space of work to be retained: 107.19 sqm

Sought to demolish two existing substandard dwelling houses and reconstruct two new similar dwelling houses with extensions similar to that previously granted under Planning Ref: 17/835. Gross floor space of proposed works: 330.61 sqm. Gross floor space of any demolition: 156.9 sqm

For works on a site containing two protected structures RPS No. 321 Convent of Mercy & RPS No. 322 Convent of Mercy N.S. (St. Ita's). The works consist of the demolition of existing sheds and outbuildings and the enlarging of an existing entrance gate on Moore Street. Gross floor space of any demolition 465 sqm.

For change of use of first floor rear apartment No. 2 to Montessori school to be used in conjunction with Montessori school on ground floor (subject Planning Ref. 04/2524). Gross floor space of proposed works 60 sqm.
