For the development identified on the Record of Protected Structures (RPS) Ref. No. 33. The proposed development will consist of a single-storey, stand-alone classroom located in the north-eastern part of the school grounds to the north of the playing field. It is also proposed to provide 1 no. accessible surface car parking space and a section of footpath. The works proposed do not involve any alterations or interventions to the main school buildings or structures. The proposed development also provides for all associated site development works including connection to existing services and infrastructure. Gross floor space of proposed works: 98.50 sqm

For a Sports facility for use ancillary to the School, comprising; - Full size GAA synthetic playing pitch - Associated pitch fencing - Floodlighting - Sports building comprising changing rooms, gym and multi-purpose room, together with all ancillary accommodation - Car park - Access through St. Jarlath's College grounds - All ancillary siteworks and services. This is a Protected Structure. Gross floor space of proposed works: 745 sqn
