The application site is located within an Architectural Conservation Area and there is an existing Protected Structure on the Hospital Campus (Hospital Chapel RPS S.E.30). No works are proposed to the Protected Structure as part of this application. The alterations to be retained comprise minor revisions to the building plan setting out further to additional site survey information. The revisions result in a final gross internal area of 5334sq.m compared to the previously granted floor area of 5353sq.m.
