For a) side and rear extensions to existing dwelling house (incl minor internal alterations to same approved under Pl. Ref 00/1241 and b) a detached domestic garage and all associated services. Gross floor space of proposed works 126.38sqm.

For (1.) to retain existing elevations. (2.) retain existing property entrance. (3.) retain existing Bord na Mona modules and associated percolation area in its current position. (4.) remove existing septic tank and upgrade to an Aswaflow treatment unit. Gross floor space of work to be retained: 251.9 sqm

For 1.) Alterations to an existing dwelling to include a proposed front door canopy, a widened front door and enlarged side window and 2.) proposed alterations to an existing side extension as granted (12/1637 & 18/415) to include revised window proportions, ridge height and a new rear first floor balcony and all associated works. Gross floor space of proposed works: 169 sqm

For the removal of the roof to the garage of an existing dwelling house, the construction of new walls and roof over garage and house, extending the house in accordance with drawings; upgrading of the existing septic tank/percolation area in accordance with EPA Test results/report, minor elevational changes and all ancillary works (gross floor space 169sqm, proposed).
