For the extension of existing residential development consisting of 22 no additional units made up of 4 no. 2 bed detached units, 2 no 4 bed detached units, 2 no 2 bed mid terraced units, 4 no 3 bed end of terrace units, 8 no 3 bed semi detached units and 2 no 4 bed semi detached units along with associated site work. Gross floor space of proposed works 2372sqm

For the demolition of existing dressing room building and permission for the construction of a single storey building adjoining the existing sports complex building comprising, remote working hub, toilets, tearoom & changing facilities and all associated works

For: (i) alterations to previously approved development permitted under PL Ref 2460467 & PL Ref 2360398 including, relocation and changes to layout of permitted sensory garden, static water storage tank and carparking areas, (ii) construction of equipment storage shed (gross floor area 60 sq.m), and all associated site works. This application is accompanied by an Natura Impact Statement (NIS)

For: (i) alterations to existing vehicular & pedestrian entrance onto Creggs Road, (ii) amendments to previously approved pitch & walking track, including installation of pitch floodlighting, (iii) construction of a new spectator stand, (iv) construction of overground fire water storage tank, (v) construction of sensory garden, (vi) change of use of existing dressing room building to community remote working hub and (vii) construction of all ancillary site features and associated site works. Gross floor space of proposed works: 195 sqm

For the development that will consist of (i) development of new training pitch (ii) the construction of a single storey sports complex building comprising indoor astroturf pitch, gymnasium, dressing rooms, club room & toilet facilities (iii) demolition of existing spectator stand & construction of new spectator stand (iv) construction new running/walking track to perimeter of existing & new pitch including associated lighting & (v) construction of all ancillary site features including goal posts, ball catch netting, connection to existing services, signage, boundary treatments, drainage systems, landscaping, car parking, associated site works & all ancillary site features. This application will be accompanied by a Natura Impact Assessment (NIS). Gross Floor area of proposed works: 3,215 sqm (sports complex) & 235 sqm (spectator stand)
