For minor alterations to house plans for previously permitted development under pl. ref. 22/60158

To construct a dwelling house, garage, wastewater treatment system and all associated works. Gross floor area of proposed works: 161.9 sqm (dwelling house) and 36.78 sqm (garage)

For the construction of a 'Granny Flat' extension linked to the side of the existing dwelling and for all ancillary services and site works. Gross floor space of proposed works: 66 sqm

For construction of a seated spectator stand and for all ancillary services and site works. Gross floor space of proposed works: 224.2 sqm.

For the construction of an extension to the existing dressing rooms, renovation & alteration of same to include the provision of dressing rooms, community based meeting room & associated facilities, the provision of flood lighting to the existing pitch & all ancillary services & site works

For the construction of a storage shed, pitch side 'dug outs' perimeter lighting and fencing to footpath/walkway, score board, ball stop nets to existing training area and revised site boundaries to the GAA Club grounds. Permission is also sought for the retention and completion of an Astro Turf facility to cater for the Club and Community including footpaths, parking, fencing, public lighting and flood lighting and all ancillary services and site works.
