DEMOLISH EXISTING DERELICT DWELLING ON SITE AND CONSTRUCT 12 NEW RESIDENTIAL UNITS. THE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT WILL CONSIST OF 2NO. 1-BED SEMI-DETACHED DWELLING HOUSES, 2 NO. 3-BED TOWNHOUSES, 2 NO. 2-BED TOWNHOUSES AND 6 NO. 3- BED SEMI-DETACHED DWELLING HOUSES, INCLUDING NEW VEHICULAR ENTRANCE, STORM AND SURFACE WATER SEWERS, PUBLIC LIGHTING, BOUNDARY WALLS, FOOTHPATHS, PUBLIC OPEN SPACES TOGETHER WITH ALL OTHER ANCILLARY SITE WORKS

(1) Demolish existing sacristy and toilets and (2) Construct extension comprising sacristy, toilets, offices, meeting, plant room and ancillary services, all in accordance with plans and particulars submitted

Planning Permission for (A) change of use from 1 No. existing retail unit on the ground floor with office space, previously granted permission Pl Reg Ref No. 05-2462 to 2 No. one bedroom residential apartments with all associated siteworks, and (B) change of use from 1 No. existing gym and 1 No. communal laundry on the ground floor, previously granted permission Pl Reg Ref No 22-484, to 1 No. one bedroom residential studio apartment with all associated site works, at Shronedarragh, Barraduff Co. Kerry.

CHANGE OF USE FROM EXISTING 9 RETAIL UNITS ON GROUND FLOOR WITH OFFICE SPACES TO 16 RESIDENTIAL APARTMENTS WITH ALL ASSOCIATED SITE WORKS

(1) Planning Permission to Construct 11 number houses and ancillary site-works on sites 77 to 85 of Planning Ref No. 17-980. (i.e. one block of 4 no terraced 2-storey 3-bedroom houses, two sets of two storey 3-bedroom semi-detached houses and one block of 3 no terraced 2-storey 3-bedroom houses and ancillary site works). (2) Retention Permission to retain ancillary site works commenced under Planning Reg 05/2462 and Planning Permission to complete these ancillary site works

(1) Planning Permission to Construct 23 number houses and ancillary site-works, (i.e. five blocks of 3 no terraced 2-storey 3-bedroom houses and eight number two-storey 3-bedroom semi-detached houses,) (all in lieu of houses on sites 69 to 76 and 86 to 91 of granted Planning Ref No. 17-980).
