To construct i) Milking parlour building incorporating holding yard with crush/drafting yard, Office, storage rooms and plant rooms and eternal bulk tank, water tank and meal bin, ii) Cubicle shed with slatted tank iii) Calf shed, iv) Silage pits and all assorted site works; Gross floor space of proposed works 2,171sqm

For a 20 megawatt solar Photovoltaic farm comprising photovoltaic panels on ground Mounted frames, 4 no. single storey inverter/transformer substations, 1 no. Single storey substation and transformer, 40 no. single storey 1 megawatt battery storage containers (in battery storage area), Internal tracks, closure of existing and provision of new operational access on to R348, fencing, CCTV/lighting and all associated ancillary development and landscaping (including berms) works. Temporary construction access from the Existing farm access road on the R348. Gross floor space of proposed works 220sqm.

To extend office unit and revise site boundaries. Gross floor space of proposed works: 108.10 sqm

For change of use of part of agricultural shed to an office unit, and to retain treatment plant with percolation area. Gross floor space of work to be retained: 67 sqm

To construct a 2 bay calving shed, a single bay machinery/farm storage shed and a holding pen/cattle enclosure. Gross floor space of proposed works: 280.85 sqm
