The goals & ball netting adjacent to the location of the club house will be revised to allow for proposed works. The existing Training Facilities to the N/W of the site will be realigned to provide better usage of this space and are to include flood lighting. A 3G area will also be created in this area, to facilitate winter training, which will be enclosed with metal fencing and flood light. To the rear of same there will be a drills area and ball wall. Spectator facilities will be improved through the creation of a standing terrace area to the eastern side of the Main Pitch. A single-storey structure is proposed adjacent to the Training Area which will include additional machinery storage facilities as well as accessible toilet facilities and kit storage (140SM) in this location. All services including Mains Water & Public Sewer connections are available at present and will serve the proposed new Club House and Toilet Facilities adjacent to Training Area. Vehicular access to Páirc An Ághasaigh for maintenance purposed will be via a ROW through Secret Heart University (SHU) grounds to the N/W of the site adjacent to Drills Area. The existing stone carving celebrating Tomás Ághas will be incorporated into new entrance lobby.
