Site planning risk brief

For the following works: a) Construct new clubhouse to include, changing rooms, stores, gym, bar and meeting room, tea station, boiler room and spectator toilets, b) Construct extension to existing ball wall with adjoining covered indoor astroturf playing pitch, c)Machinery storage shed, d) Car and bus parking adjacent to proposed new clubhouse and works to internal access roadway, e) Connection to existing effluent treatment plant at Fr. Campion Place and all other associated site works. This application is for a 10 year permission

For modification of approved plan P.21474 to include only the reduction in floor area of the proposed single storey changing rooms and clubhouse structure and the associated modifications to building elevations. All siteworks will be in accordance with approved plan P.21474, which includes connection to existing wastewater treatment system at Fr. Campion Place as per approved plan Ref P.17105. For development on its existing site at Danesfort, to include the construction of a single storey changing rooms and clubhouse structure, associated site works including connection to existing wastewater treatment system at Fr Campion Place as per approved plan Ref: P.17105. The development will also include external lighting, planting to site boundaries, construction of masonry walls to boundaries with adjoining properties, lighting of perimeter walkways and footpaths, and includes fencing, netting and flood lighting of proposed all weather playing pitch, and all associated siteworks

To amend Condition No. 2 of granted planning reference 17/105 which requested a landscaping buffer to be provided to the eastern boundary with adjacent properties. We propose to amend this condition to provide a 2.4M high masonry wall in lieu of landscaping buffer

Of the existing 58 sqm single storey extension to the north of the existing school building comprising of 1 no. Special Education Teacher Support Room with toilet accommodation and link corridor together with all associated site works

The development will consist of the construction of a new single storey classroom extension to the rear of the school building, provision of a temporary construction access roadway, and upgrade of the existing on-site wastewater treatment system including polishing filter together with all associated site & ancillary works
