Demolish existing extension and permission to erect a new two-storey extension to the side and the rear, alterations to existing vehicular entrance and all associated site works

Demolish existing domestic garage incorporating boiler room (22m2) and the construction of a domestic extension consisting of extended kitchen and en suite bathroom, new entrance porch and living room and a standalone garden structure (replacement boiler room and store) in the combined floor area of 45m2to the north side of our dwelling

Change use from restaurant use to takeaway Pizza outlet, of Unit 05 (floor area 93.77m²) and the addition of business ID signage to the existing shopfront fascia

Make material alteration to previously granted planning permission Ref:- 21/885 at Greenville House, (RPS No. 461) Mountmellick Road, Portlaoise, Co. Laois. R32 T86V. The material alteration will consist of amendments to the rear boundary of the site from that of the previously permitted application and adjustments to the proposed apartment extension from that previously granted to be within the new boundary proposed. All works are in the curtilage of protected structure No. 461.

A) change of use from dwelling house (record of protected structure no. 461) to 2 one-bedroom apartments, b) construct 4 two bedroom apartments and 2 one-bedroom apartments, c) demolish existing outhouse, d) reconfigure site entrance and associated parking, e) bin shelter, covered bicycle rack, ESB sub-station with own access and all associated site works. All works are in the curtilage of protected structure No. 461

Construc of 49 no. residential units consisting of 15 no. terraced, two-storey houses (1 no. 4-bedroom house and 14 no. 3-bedroom houses) and 34 no., two-bed apartments arranged in 2-storey blocks of 12 apartments (1 no. block), 8 apartments (2 no. blocks) and 6 apartments (1 no. block). Proposed access will be through the existing entrance (serving Mill Court) off Green Mill Lane and works will include new estate roads, parking courts, boundaries, landscaping, a play area, related and ancillary services including bin storage and cycle shelters along with the demolition/removal of the existing boundary wall fronting Green Mill Lane and all associated site-works at Green Mill Lane, Portlaoise.
