Site planning risk brief

To (a) retain existing underground slatted slurry holding tank, PERMISSION to (b) to construct a new five bay cattle shed over existing slatted tank, (c) also construct a four bay shed which will consist of a milking parlour, dairy and motor room and all associated site works

For retention of attached single storey outdoor room to side of existing two storey dwelling and all ancillary site works

For (1) erection of a two storey extension to the front of the existing dwelling (2) conversion of existing attic to form habitable space (3) alterations to existing floor plans & elevations (4) all ancillary site works

For alterations to finished floor levels and site levels of houses 1-6 (6 no. two-storey 5-bedroom detached dwellings) previously approved under Pl. Ref. 19/472 and extended under Pl. Ref. 25/37 and all associated works

To demolish existing two storey side projection & erect part two storey/part single storey extension to the front, side & rear, alterations to existing building layout & elevations and all ancillary site works

To erect 6 no. Storey & a half style (Detached 5-bed dwellings) together with entrances, footpath, connect to existing foul sewer, surface water sewer, water main, landscaping, boundary treatments and all associated works, Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted
