The development will consist of (i) the demolition of 3 no. single storey outbuildings and the demolition of single storey porch to the side (south east facing) elevation of the existing dwelling ('Coislana'). (ii) The construction of a single storey traditional style extension to the rear (south west facing) elevation of the existing two bedroom dwelling, including 8 no. rooflights; provision of attic level roof space; and alterations to all existing elevations. (iii) The construction of a new domestic garage to the south west of the application site. Other works as part of the development include: decommissioning of existing septic tank and installation of new on-site EPA compliant wastewater treatment system to serve the proposed development; landscaping; boundary treatment; and all associated works to facilitate the development.
