For an extension to an existing dwelling. The proposed project will involve demolishing the existing kitchen and outbuilding and replacing it with a new two-storey extension at the rear of the property. For removal of the existing pitched roof on the early 20th c. school building, construct a new first floor comprising 2 x mainstream classrooms, stairwell, and associated ancillary spaces, external airsource heatpumps, misc internal renovation, 1x ground floor special education room, entrance canopies, upgrade to existing wastewater treatment and all associated site works to the front, rear and side of the Scoil Aine Naofa. These works are in proximity to the original 19th C. Lough Cutra School (a protected structure RPS No. 482). Gross floor space of proposed works: 268.90 sqm

For the construction of an enclosed all weather playing pitch, lighting & all ancillary works to the rear of the existing school
