For a single storey rear and side extension with pitched roof over for extended living accommodation

The construction of a new two-storey replacement dwelling in place of previously demolished sub-standard dwelling, replacement wastewater treatment system and decommissioning of original septic tank, domestic shed to rear of site, alterations to existing entrance to form recessed entrance, appropriate landscaping and all associated site works

A change of design to proposed dwelling as previously granted under planning ref. no. 2360043. Alterations to previous design include; (a) increase in floor area by the addition of extended areas to the rear of the proposed dwelling, (b) alterations to proposed floor layouts and (c) alterations to proposed side and rear elevations, (d) slight relocation of dwelling to south of site to accommodate the rear extended areas and (e) all ancillary works

Retention and completion of non-compliant works to 45 no. houses currently being constructed under planning permission 16/975 (ABP Ref No. PL 09. 249158) as amended by planning permission Ref No. 20/1284 in a scheme known as Station Walk in the townlands of Rickardstown and Roseberry, Newbridge, Co. Kildare. The work consists of the retention and completion of non-compliant works to existing House Types A (unit 81), A1 (unit 80), B (units 78 and 79, 82 to 84, 86, 89 to 93, 95 to 98, 100 to 102, 104, 105, 107, 108, 110 to 112, 114 to 116), B1 (units 85, 94, 99, 106 and 113) B2 (units 103 and 109), C (units 77 and 121) and D (units 76, 117 to 120 and 122). The works consist of the extension and reconfiguration of the bay windows to House Types A and A1, including the addition of gable roofs, the addition of a bay and gable roof to House Types B and B1, the reconfiguration of windows and surrounds to all House Types and partial change to external finishes, to include brickwork in lieu of render finish

For the construction of 17 no. residential dwellings comprising 4 no. 4-bed semi-detached 2 storey dwellings, 2 no. 4-bed semi-detached 3 storey dwellings, 6 no. 4-bed end-terrace 3 storey dwellings, 3 no. 4-bed mid-terrace 3 storey dwellings, 2 no. 2-bed mid-terrace 2 storey dwellings, including the closure of existing vehicular access point to the application site and the creation of new vehicular access off the Roseberry Hill Road, ancillary internal access roads, infrastructure, and all associated site and development works and services.
