To Construct A First Floor Extension To The Rear Of Existing Dwelling House, Together With All Site Services At The White House, Fairgreen, Westport, Co. Mayo. F28 DC84
1. Demolition of existing derelict semi-detached house and shed. 2. Proposed construction of a replacement dwelling house to match the existing foot print with the addition of a side and rear extension on ground floor and rear loft extension. The proposed front elevation is to be rebuilt to match the existing. The proposed development is located within an Architectural Conservation Area (ACA). The property has been unoccupied for 10 plus years and currently is not in a liveable condition. A structural engineers detailed inspection and report has highlighted the internal and external walls are suffering from subsidence. This along with other factors we are proposing to demolish the current property and rebuild, matching the front façade of the building to the existing and the adjoining dwelling.
