THE SITE, WHICH IS PRESENTLY USED AS AGRICULTURAL GRASSLAND, WILL REVERT BACK TO AGRICULTURAL GRASSLAND AFTER THE WORKS ARE COMPLETED. A NATURA IMPACT STATEMENT IS INCLUDED WITH THE PLANNING APPLICATION. THIS IS A 10 YEAR APPLICATION.
