To construct a storage shed and associated site works

Construction of a two-storey wellness phase in the form of a two-storey extension to the existing building (and including small plant room and yard at basement level). The extension will contain reception, changing, waiting area and small treatment rooms and small balcony at first floor plus relaxation area and a small pool at ground floor plus change of existing store to changing area, together with associated alterations to existing building, external ground finishes, and connections to existing underground services together with the addition of new small balcony area serving existing first-floor bedrooms. The application also includes the removal of existing small relaxation room at existing ground floor corridor and the construction of two infill bedrooms in existing gap space (one at ground floor and one at first floor thereover). A Natura Impact Assessment has been prepared in respect of the proposed development.

To convert existing function room into 3 no guest rooms and to construct new function room (including toilets, functions bar, store and roof terrace) as an extension to the existing first floor of the building plus associated new structure, stair and service lift to ground floor and associated alterations to existing building. The works will also include small extension to existing kitchen including new roof and glazing to same, together with associated internal modifications to existing building and its external areas/underground services

(1) Agricultural slatted cattle shed incorporating slatted areas, underground slurry storage tanks and concrete apron (2) Dungstead for existing stable (3) and all ancillary and associated site works

Development which will consist of demolition of the existing dwelling and construction of a one and a half-story dwelling in lieu of the existing house including new garage, new site entrance, new driveway, together with all ancillary site works. Natura Impact Statement has been prepared in respect of this planning application
