For an extension to an existing stable block comprising of 3 no. stables & a tack room, a new detached stable block comprising of 2 no. stables, a detached Equine shed, an Equine walker, change of use of detached domestic garage to home office & store, Foul water to existing onsite effluent treatment system, surface water to soakaways and all associated site works. Revised by Significant Further Information which consists of a new effluent treatment system & percolation area is to replace the existing septic tank

The alterations to existing dwelling including; alterations to existing porch, new single storey extension to rear of existing dwelling, alterations to existing entrance to form single recessed entrance and all ancillary site works. Revised by significant further information consisting of; 1. Revision of site boundaries, 2. Decommissioning of existing septic tank and installation of new wastewater treatment system

Construction of a single storey domestic 3 bay garage and all ancillary site works

(1) retention of the following works; (i) Partially constructed agricultural building (ii) Existing entrance consisting of wing walls and gates (iii) Concreted driveway and hardstanding area to partially completed agricultural building (2) Permission to complete the partially constructed agricultural building, entrance and driveway/hardstanding.
