Develop the following infrastructure: • Demolition of an existing section of boundary wall (6.5m length) at the existing wastewater pumping station (Ballacollig WWPS) site • Removal of existing kerb and verge at access gate location • Relocation of existing lamp post • New 6.5m long, 2.4m high double leafed palisade access gate • New access ramp within existing wastewater pumping station (Ballacollig WWPS) site to allow vehicle access

Extend duration of Planning Permission Ref. 19/558

Construct 70 no. 2-storey houses and associated site development works. The houses proposed will consist of 2 no. 4-bedroom end-of-terrace houses, 41 no. 3-bedroom terraced houses and 27 no. 2-bedroom terraced houses in 16 no. 2-storey blocks. A Natura Impact Statement has been prepared in respect of this application

Retain domestic garage

(1) retain extensions and alterations to dwelling house and (2) domestic sheds

Replace the existing grass pitch with a new Astro turf playing surface, new perimeter fencing to pitch, new footpaths and public lighting, new footbridge over the River Owenass linking Townparks and Ballycullenbeg, including all services and associated site works. This site is located with a Natura 2000 designated area. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been submitted with this application.
