The installation and construction of two forced draft cooling towers and all associated supporting structures, works and site works, to support the existing site’s central utility condenser water system and associated water chillers. The new cooling towers will be located adjacent to the existing cooling towers on open space to the rear of Central Utilities Building 5 and to the side of Building 9, all located to the rear of the main buildings. Each cooling tower has a cooling capacity of 3.5 megawatts and the over-all height of the new structures will be 8.6 metres above ground level to match the existing adjacent cooling towers and associated structures
