The operational lifespan of the development will be 35 years. The site of the proposed development has a total area of 0.89 hectares.
Permission for development at Moneen Road, Moneenbradagh, Castlebar, Co. Mayo consisting of the development of a Tusla (Child and Family Agency) Local Area Office. The development will consist of: 1. A two storey building (above undercroft car and cycle parking and associated and ancillary services at lower ground level) with flat roof (with Solar PV Array, plant enclosure and lift equipment) measuring c. 1,815 sqm gross floor space; 2. Surface car and cycle parking and set down area at ground level amalgamating with permitted car parking, circulation aisles and site access (relating to the extension to the existing Primary Care Centre – Reg. Ref’s: 18/327 & 18/640 refer); and, 3. Boundary treatments, pedestrian paths, hard and soft landscaping, site services and utilities, signage, ramp to lower ground level undercroft parking area and all other associated and ancillary works above and below ground level.
