Alterations to the Planning Permission previously granted 21/1637 (for the construction of a 550 Sq.m. extension to the North West of the existing production facility, to relocate the existing canteen facility, kitchen and storage areas and all associated external works. The works will also include a small 72 sq.m extension to an existing corridor within the facility to improve circulation.) The alterations involve the relocation of the canteen facility nine metres to the North East, an additional area of 93 sq.m to the canteen and link areas and alterations to the entrance of the building adjoining and all associated works to the North West of the existing production facility

A) The demolition of i) the existing north west entrance & parking area, ii) the enclosed stairs on the south west side and iii) external plant and enclosures within the south eastern courtyard of the existing facility. B) The construction of i) a one storey extension to the north west of the facility for the reconfiguration of the building entrance. administration and welfare facilities, ii) a one storey utilities extension to the south west. iii) a one storey production circulation extension within the north western courtyard area, iv) a one storey production extension within the south eastern courtyard area, v) an electrical enclosure at roof level and vi) all associated external site works including the partial realignment of the existing internal circulation road and car park

1) Alterations to part of the external envelope of an existing manufacturing facility to consist of new windows and doors to part of the front elevation of the building; 2) the addition of a new enclosed fire escape stairs to the side of the existing building; 3) the provision of a new internal circulation stair core and lift; and 4) all associated site development works at Building 1 within the Analog Devices B.V Limited Campus in Raheen Business Park, Limerick, V94 RT99. The application relates to works on a site to which Integrated Pollution Control (IPC) Licence No. P0224-04 applies
