Site Access; it is now intended for the entrance and driveway which serves the two farm buildings which are the subject of this present submission to also be used to access the house which was permitted on this overall landholding under planning application registration number 21311. 5. The proposed development would conflict with a sterilization agreement which was entered into pursuant to condition 16 of planning permission ref. no. 00/126 (which required that the site, along with adjacent land, be sterilized from future residential development). The present application seeks to vary this stipulation so as to allow the proposed development to proceed.
