(a) removing Condition 6 of Planning permission PL09.217279 and extended by 12/113 and 17/1126 relating to the construction of a crèche, (b) replacing the crèche and two apartments granted on sites 163-164 inclusive for 5 dwellings consisting of 4 no. two-storey semi-detached dwellings with attic accommodation and 1 no. detached two-storey dwelling with attic accommodation, (c) change of use of and extension to Apartments 27 & 28 on ground floor of Block C granted under planning file 18/384 for use as a crèche. (d) additional car-parking spaces and play area for the crèche and (e) all ancillary site works

Change of house type previously granted on sites 145-162 inclusive that consisted of 18 No. two-storey terraced dwellings granted under planning permission 05/576 and Bord Pleanála decision No. PL-09-217279 and extended by 12/113 and 17/1126, to 13 No. dwellings consisting of 1 No. two-storey detached dwelling with attic accommodation, 12 No. two-storey semi-detached dwellings with attic accommodation and all ancillary site works. Note revised site numbers from 145-162 inclusive to 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, 4-10 inclusive for this application,

For the construction of a single storey crѐche and community building (c. 427.4 sqm) play area, boundary treatment and carparking. This is an amendment to the previously granted single storey clubhouse with second floor in roof space granted planning permission under PL09217279 (05/576) and extended by Reg. Ref. 21/1347. Permission is also sought of the change of use of the existing crѐche facility granted planning permission on the ground floor of Block C under 18/1324 and 19/821 from a creche to 4 No. 1 bedroom apartments along with all other ancillary site development works on their lands

Alterations to previously granted 3 storey apartment Block C with creche (PL 18/1324) currently under construction. The proposed alterations consist of changes to the second floor from a mansard roof to a raised parapet in front of a flat roof, consequent changes to elevational finishes, window and door fenestration as well as all ancillary siteworks

For an amendment to the previously approved single storey creche and community building granted planning permission under Reg. Ref. 22/1004 and a change of use of a portion of the building area (120.8m2) granted under the above permission to facilitate additional childcare space for children 5-12 years of age along with all other associated works. This new facility will be ancillary to the main creche facility already approved
