Construct a two storey dwelling, single storey detached garage and storage area, bored well, waste water treatment system, percolation area, new entrance and all associated site works

Demolition of an existing dwelling, the construction of a new 2 storey replacement dwelling, new septic tank and percolation area, a domestic shed, new entrance and all associated site works

Retain existing single storey garage and planning permission for a single storey extension to the rear of existing dormer style dwelling and all associated site works.

Retain a sun room extension, remodel of bay window, remodel of other elevations with additional windows, a ground and first floor garage extension and again remodel of elevations with additional windows and ancillary services - previous Planning Ref: PL99/1000

Retain a detached studio and garden room (currently a steel container) to the side of existing dwelling and permission to clad said container and introduce glazed openings to the same and all associated site works
