Permission for this temporary change of use was granted under Pl. Ref. 15/1025 and the period under which the use as a fast food outlet was permitted expired on the 23/09/2021. (b) full planning permission is now sought for the ongoing aforementioned change of use from retail shop to takeaway. This permission shall be for an indefinite period of time.
